VISION
We envision a model of real, human, and deeply inclusive social transformation, where mental health, community prevention, and emotional education are not privileges, but guaranteed rights for all sectors of society.
This model structurally and inclusively prioritizes the following vulnerable and at-risk groups:
-
People with disabilities, promoting accessibility, social inclusion, and both clinical and community-based support.
-
Indigenous communities, respecting their worldview, language, and culture while promoting equitable access to health and education.
-
Women victims of violence, offering psychological and legal support, along with empowerment workshops to help rebuild their lives.
-
Youth excluded from the educational system, encouraging school, emotional, and vocational reintegration through real, formative alternatives.
-
Migrants undergoing integration, with specialized programs for psychosocial support, social and cultural inclusion, language courses, and technical training workshops for workforce reintegration. Agreements will be developed with business chambers and labor associations to facilitate active and sustainable inclusion in the job market.
-
Refugees and asylum seekers, guaranteeing interdisciplinary legal and emotional support while their legal status is resolved.
-
Abandoned elderly people, offering emotional support, preventive medical care, social engagement, and participation in intergenerational community projects.
-
Inclusive community talks, open to the general public, promoting respect, emotional education, mental health, prevention, cultural diversity, coexistence, and active social inclusion. These sessions will be interdisciplinary, led by professionals in psychology, social work, public health, education, and intercultural mediation.
This model is implemented from the community level, through actions of high social impact such as:
-
Interdisciplinary programs in psychosocial intervention and emotional health
-
Ethical and civic education from childhood, grounded in social responsibility and respect for diversity
-
Preventive health campaigns in general medicine, pediatrics, psychology, and basic clinical screenings, accessible to everyone without discrimination
-
Community-based talks on citizenship and self-care
-
Technical training in various fields for people in situations of social vulnerability, in collaboration with public and private institutions.
A key part of this model is the teaching staff, who are essential to driving social change. We recognize that many teachers suffer from chronic stress, burnout, and administrative overload, which affects their mental health, motivation, and the overall quality of education.
Therefore, we propose a comprehensive support approach that includes:
-
Continuous teacher training workshops
-
Professional emotional support
-
Spaces for self-care and psychosocial well-being
-
Review and reduction of unnecessary administrative burdens, allowing teachers to focus on their educational and human vocation
We aspire to become an international benchmark in building a more just, informed, ethical, and empathetic society – starting from the classrooms, the streets, and marginalized communities, and from there fostering a conscious, critical, and compassionate citizenship.
