WHO WE ARE

INSTITUTIONAL PRESENTATION

Con Salud y Educación 360 Más e.V. was not born from the comfort of a desk or the safety of academic discourse. It emerged from the field. From the raw and urgent reality of Latin America. From neighborhoods scarred by neglect, borders saturated with despair, and the faces of those silenced by systems that prioritize privilege over human dignity.

Our headquarters are in Berlin, Germany, but our spirit walks with the people. We are a non-profit social organization, founded in action, not theory. We exist because we were direct witnesses to ignored pain—and chose not to look away.

We were not created to manage scarcity, but to transform realities from the root. Our model of action is holistic, inclusive, and community-based: it intervenes where the State fails and human rights become broken promises. We work with communities, not over them.

We are present at the margins. Where statistics fail to reach:

• with children lacking access to mental health support,

• with deported migrants expelled from every system,

• with silenced women,

• with youth without a future,

• with older adults discarded by a society that forgets them,

• and with police officers who have also been emotionally and ethically abandoned.

At one of the busiest and most dangerous borders in the world—Tijuana, Mexico—we stayed when many fled. Amid violence, corruption, and empty political promises, we chose to remain. Where politics failed, we responded with presence. Where aid did not arrive, we brought human support.

Con Salud y Educación 360 Más e.V. is more than an organization:

It is an ethical and social movement,that responds to neglect with action,
to exclusion with community,and to indifference with humanity.
