MISSION
Our mission is to develop and implement a comprehensive, inclusive, and technically grounded model of social, educational, and preventive well-being that addresses the multiple dimensions of exclusion and inequality in urban European contexts — starting with Berlin. Through evidence-based strategies, we promote structural equity, community cohesion, preventive public health, and the effective social integration of individuals in vulnerable situations.
From a biopsychosocial and intersectional perspective, and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the European Pillar of Social Rights, we commit to developing actions that strengthen individual and community resilience, promote emotional literacy, and reduce persistent disparities in access to health, education, and dignified living.
Our model acknowledges teachers as key agents of structural change. We support their empowerment through continuous training workshops, reduction of administrative burden, emotional support, and the development of pedagogical tools that enhance their mental health and professional performance.Teacher burnout is addressed through a preventive approach, recognizing their essential role in social transformation.
We implement preventive public health campaigns in densely populated neighborhoods with high social vulnerability through mobile units, community activities, and basic clinical care, prioritizing community mental health, nutrition, addiction prevention, emotional education, and social determinants of health.
Our intervention is based on participatory methodologies, community-based psychoeducation, social impact monitoring, and multi-sector partnerships, working jointly with governmental entities, foundations, chambers of commerce, civil society organizations, and academic institutions.
We serve, with an intercultural and intersectional approach, the following priority social groups:
-
People with disabilities, promoting universal accessibility, integrated clinical care, and community-based support that respects their autonomy.
-
Indigenous communities, acknowledging and respecting their languages, cultures, and worldviews, ensuring intercultural access to health, education, and participation spaces.
-
Women victims of violence, providing psychosocial support, legal advice, safe spaces, and empowerment workshops to help rebuild their lives.
-
Youth excluded from the educational system, fostering their school and vocational reintegration through emotional, technical, and educational support programs.
-
Migrants in the process of integration, through comprehensive measures in socio-linguistic, psychosocial, and cultural adaptation, and technical training for labor reinsertion. Agreements are established with business chambers and labor organizations to ensure active and sustainable inclusion.
-
Refugees and asylum seekers, ensuring an interdisciplinary approach that includes legal assistance, emotional support, and guidance throughout their legal processes.
-
Abandoned older adults, promoting their inclusion in intergenerational spaces, preventive health care, emotional support, and active community participation.
-
Schools and educational communities, through comprehensive programs that integrate emotional well-being, preventive education, civic culture, and institutional strengthening.
We position ourselves as a bridge between public institutions, social sectors, and the scientific community, promoting sustainable, ethically grounded, and socially transformative solutions. We aspire to be a benchmark in inclusive social innovation, responding to contemporary challenges with compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based practice.
